1. Services

Focusena offers ADHD and executive function coaching, including three-part seminars for institutions and organizations, 1:1 coaching sessions (weekly, 45 minutes), and related resources. See our Disclaimer for the nature and limits of coaching.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book coaching. Seminars are offered through hosting institutions and organizations, whose own policies may also apply.

3. Client responsibilities

Coaching works best with active participation. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. You agree to provide accurate information and to seek professional medical or mental health care when appropriate.

4. Scheduling, payment, and cancellations

• Fees: Fees are listed at the time of booking or in your service agreement. [Add rates or reference a fee schedule.]
• Payment: Payment is due [in advance / at booking / per invoice]. Institutional seminars are governed by the agreement with the hosting organization.
• Cancellations: Please give at least [24/48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows [may be charged / may count as a used session].
• Refunds: [State your policy, e.g., unused prepaid sessions refundable within X days.]
• Recurring payments: If you enroll in ongoing weekly coaching that renews automatically, we will clearly disclose the renewal terms and how to cancel at the time of enrollment, as required by California law.

5. Confidentiality

We keep coaching conversations confidential as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, seminar materials, worksheets, and tools are owned by Focusena and are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them without written permission.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false or automated form entries, or disrupting its operation.

8. No guarantees and disclaimer of warranties

Services and content are provided “as is.” We make no guarantee of specific results and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Focusena and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [3/12] months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold Focusena harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes
