Meet your coach

Ayesha Emad

I’m an ADHD and Executive Function Coach who helps adults, college students, and corporate professionals build the focus, organization, and time-management skills they need to thrive. I also work with clients who don’t have ADHD but face the same executive function hurdles. My path here began in education and continued through years in corporate leadership, much of it in tech, where I managed projects and mentored others through fast-paced work.

This work is personal for me. I’ve lived with ADHD myself, and I’ve supported family members living with it, so I know firsthand how it can quietly shape the way a capable person works and feels. My approach is strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in research on ADHD and executive function.

I’m completing my certification through ADDCA, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches. I offer three-part seminars, in person or virtual, with the option to continue into 1:1 coaching for ongoing, personalized support.

Capable people don’t need fixing. They need a path that fits.

Strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in research.
