Ayesha Emad

I’m an ADHD and Executive Function Coach who helps adults, college students, and corporate professionals build the focus, organization, and time-management skills they need to thrive. My path here began in education and continued through years in corporate leadership, much of it in tech, where I managed projects and mentored others through fast-paced work.

This work is personal for me. I’ve lived with ADHD myself, and I’ve supported family members living with it, so I know firsthand how it can quietly shape the way a capable person works and feels. My approach is strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming, grounded in research on ADHD and executive function.

I’m completing my certification through ADDCA, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches. I offer three-part seminars, in person or virtual, with the option to continue into 1:1 coaching for ongoing, personalized support.
